ASAHI STANDARD SERIES is a cost-effective bearings since its bearing is loose-fit bearings which could be interchangeable. This innovation is ASAHI patent only which is called "Self-Alignment bearings" which allow the bearings to self align within the housing. This would help protecting the shaft which is equipped with the ASAHI bearings.
ASAHI THERMOPLASTIC SERIES is a combination of the thermoplastic housing and the stainless steel bearings. This housing is light weight and made of high-grade glass-filled thermoplastic polyester.
Hygienic construction: Solid housing base prevents from breeding of various germs. Plastic covers are also available to cover the shaft and bearing for better protection against contaminants and safety.
ASAHI STAINLESS STEEL SERIES provide the excellent corrosion resistance as well as self-alignment; all stainless steel insert bearings incorporated with solid stainless steel housings.
The insert bearings are available with food grade lubricant USDA/FDA compliant, which can serve also at the higher temperature when applied with proper bearing internal clearance and sealing devices. So this series are very suitable for food processing industries.
